Wonderful nights at Namsan GuestHouse

This is my 2nd time set foot at Seoul. The different is very much vary from 14 years ago. Despite those places that I've visited, I would like to express my feeling of this trip on the guesthouse that I've stayed.

Namsan GuestHouse is highly recommended for those going for a free & easy tour. It perfectly located at Myeongdong where easily access to the subway and the fascinating Myeongdong shopping paradise. It is close to N Seoul Tower too. You should not worried about as there are so much nice restaurants too: two two fried chicken, jokbal, bbq, cafe and convenient store all around the corner. I'm feeling happy chosen here not just about the location of this guesthouse but the friendly staff here. If you are staying there longer, it definitely will feel that this is not a guesthouse but a home.
Namsan provided breakfast. You can have your coffee, toast or ramen whatever time you feel hungry. Instead, you may heat up your own food with microwave. Wifi access even in your room. I'm staying at Namsan3.

1st night. We went to Namsan2 (just next block) looking for our tour guide, Paul which we booked for a day trip to Nami Island. (Paul is freelancer tour guide and a night shift staff at Namsan2). Unfortunately he is not working on Sunday night. A staff there helping us to check on the day tour provided by Namsan and as well as calling Paul for us. This guy giving us impression not only becoz of this handsome look but the little funny part here. I saw a scale and I standing on it to weight myself. Follow by my sis and he peep on it. He said:"Ohh! Heavy. Korean gal not more 45kg." This make us embarrassed and we burst out laugh. We end up contacted Paul and we booked another day trip with him to Mt.Sorak.

2nd night. Paul invited us to Namsan2 at nite after our day trip. We had coffee and dried meat that we brought from Malaysia. His French friend came later and sat next table of us with a cool handsome look. There is no interaction between us.

3rd night was fantastic. The French guy, Pierre sit with us. Paul another friend from Japan together with us too. We shared stories. We had Makgulri, we had soju, we had beer and Paul ordered 2 different type of fried chickens. Not to missed is the Korean guy that we met 1st night. We had our own gathering here. Even Namsan's boss came by saying that there is party over at Namsan4 and asked us all go over to join and Paul doesn't mention it to us at all. We seems to have more fun over here. We enjoyed ourselves with Paul, his French and Japanese friends and Thai/Korean staff here. It's a amazing night. Weather is cold, body is heat by the alcohol but heart is warm by the people around here.

4th night. The last night we stayed. We are going to say goodbye to Paul. He asked us to stayed inside the house. Pierre, the French was there too. We sat on the small table and we had our ramen. There, Paul said he had ordered pork. We feel sorry that Paul ordered food again for us. When the food delivered and when opened up the cover, I don't feel it will be delicious. This because I don't like pork much and the look doesn't look yummy though. More over the fat laying on the pork meat. They said this dish called jokbal, pig's feet. I tried 1 slice wrapped with lettuce with some source. To my surprise, it's yummy ! I then tried another 1 with wrapped but dipped with source, it's taste super good. You can't feel the fat at all, it's melting inside your mouth. I never taste pork that good before. Jea Young-sii (the korean staff 1 night we met, so sorry that I knew your name that late) said this very good to skin because of its collagen. I said to him:"No wonder your skin so good." He laughed and answered me that he ate that very often.

I believe we can become more closer if we staying there more longer. We can have our supper, our beer together, chit-chatting or just sitting there to shared the atmosphere. It's a very good memories about this place, about the people here. I wish to be back there 1 more time. To meet these lovely people 1 more time. Miss there. Miss you, Paul (a very nice guy far from here).
